Guy Brazeau

Since 1999, Guy Brazeau has held positions within IATA with worldwide responsibility at the director level in Consulting, Training and Business intelligence. Over the last 25 years, Mr. Brazeau has been active in the field of aviation in more than 45 countries. During this time, his international achievements also include the negotiation and/or execution of numerous innovative commercial and/or partnership agreements with major international aviation organizations.
More recently, in addition to directing IATA’s consulting services, Guy has managed or contributed to civil aviation, airline and airport strategy management/infrastructure projects in Europe, the Caribbean, South America, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining IATA, Guy was Director, Central and Eastern Europe for the International Aviation Management Institute (IAMTI). Guy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the École Nationale d’Administration Publique.
Yusuf Akçayoglu

Yusuf Akcayoğlu graduated from Civil Engineering Faculty of the Istanbul Technical University in 1992. His academic background also includes two years of undergraduate studies in Physics at Ankara University's Science Faculty before moving into the Engineering field.
Akcayoğlu started his career with the Southern Coast Highway Project in Turkey. After being involved in civil/infrastructure and mixed-use development projects in the Russian Federation for 6 years, he returned to Turkey in 1999 for the New Runway, Apron and Taxiways Project of the Istanbul Ataturk International Airport. He pursued his graduate studies in the US between 2001 and 2004 and holds an MBA degree from California State University.
Akçayoğlu worked for TAV from 2004 till 2014, starting as GCC Regional Director then he is appointed as Middle East Director. He played an instrumental role in steering TAV Construction’s rapid expansion in the region. Some of the noteworthy projects that he oversaw including the Passenger Terminal Complex of the New Doha International Airport in Qatar, the Main Contract 1 (MC-1) package of the Development of the Muscat International Airport project in the Sultanate of Oman, Midfield Terminal Building at the Abu Dhabi International Airport, King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, Damac Towers by Paramount consisting of 4 towers, 54 floors each, and the 101-storey 425 meters record tall Marina-101 Hotel & Residences Tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Yusuf Akçayoğlu joined İGA İnşaat in December 2014 and currently holding CEO position for İGA Airport development.
Kjeld Binger
CEO @ Airport International Group
Mr. Kjeld Binger has been the Chief Executive Officer of Airport International Group PSC since November 2014. Mr. Binger served as the Chief Executive Officer of DAE Airports since January 2007. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Grupo Aeroportuario Del Sureste, SAB De CV since June 2, 2003 and served as its Interim Director General and Chief Executive Officer. He served as Executive Vice President of Copenhagen Airports AS. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of CPH International at Københavns Lufthavne A/S since 2000.
He served as Senior Vice President of CADI A/S, the subsidiary responsible for Copenhagen Airport's international activities since 1997 and its Chief Executive Officer since 2000. He served as Executive Vice President of CPH International from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Binger joined Copenhagen Airport in 1994 as Head of the Planning and Development Department and assumed responsibility for the airports' master plan, the development and expansion of the terminal complex and related activities. He served as Senior Deputy Vice President of Copenhagen Airport since 1997. He was in charge of the acquisition of the concession rights to operate nine airports in Mexico in 1998. He served as the Vice President of Copenhagen Airports A/S since 1996.
He served as Director of Planning and Projects of Copenhagen Airports A/S, Vice President of Project Development of Hojgaad & Schultz A/S and Project Director of Hoffman & Sonner A/S. He served as Member of the Executive Board of Copenhagen Airports AS. Mr. Binger has extensive experience in Aviation Management and Strategic Planning.
He served as Chairman of Copenhagen Airports' Hotel and Real Estate Company A/S. He served as Chairman of the Board of Grupo Aeroportuario Del Sureste SA de CV since March 20, 2001 and its Director since March 19 1999. He serves as a Director of ITA (Inversiones y Tecnicas Aeroportuarias, S.A. de C.V.) and Newcastle International Airport Ltd.
He served as a Non Executive Director of Hainan Meilan International Airport Company Limited from February 24, 2003 to March 27, 2007. He served as Member of the Board of Directors at Copenhagen Airport Development International A/S. He is Building Engineer. Mr. Binger holds Bachelor’s Degree in Structural and Civil Engineering at Odense University in Denmark.
Muneer Ferozie
Regional Head – PPP Privatization and Infrastructure Financial Advisory – MENA, @ IFC
Muneer Ferozie is the Regional Head for IFC's PPP, Privatization and Infrastructure Financial Advisory group for Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. He is responsible for 20+ countries and the Technical Assistance Facility for the Arab Financing Facility for Infrastructure. Based in Dubai, he manages the team responsible for Lead Financial Advisory mandates for structuring public private partnerships (PPPs) and privatizations in the infrastructure sector.
Muneer has led and advised on some of the most innovative and high profile transactions in the MENA region. His credentials include being the Lead Advisor for:
- Madinah Airport Project - the first full airport PPP in the GCC region
- New Cairo Wastewater project - the first PPP in Egypt
- Hajj Terminal Project - the first PPP of an airport terminal dedicated to religious pilgrimage
- A captive desalination project at Jeddah Airport
- Privatization of an electricity distribution company in Pakistan
- Privatization of an IPP and concession of a greenfield IPP in Lebanon
Muneer has extensive commercial and investment banking experience and has lived and worked in North America, Europe, Middle East and South Asia. Prior to joining IFC in Washington DC, he worked with ANZ Investment Bank in London from 1996 to 2004 in senior roles. At ANZ, he led the European power initiative to originate and execute project financing transactions in the power sector; worked in primary and secondary syndications; and managed the Bank’s top European multinational clients as the Senior Global Relationship Manager. Prior to this, he worked in Pakistan for two years with ANZ Grindlays (now Standard Chartered) Bank in corporate banking.
Muneer holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the London Business School and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (Pakistan)
Jacques Follain

Mr. Jacques Edouard Julien Follain has been Managing Director of Paris Airports Management subsidiary of Paris Airports group since 1998. Mr. Follain joined Paris Airports group in 1998.
He served as an Organisational Consultant at Arthur Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He joined L'Oreal group in 1987 where, after having been in charge of organisation and information systems in the group's professional division, he took responsibility for sales and marketing development within the international management division for a European area and served as General Manager of a subsidiary in Mexico.
He has been involved since the beginning and has played an active part in the development of Paris Airports as an airport operator internationally in China, Mexico, Egypt, Algeria and other countries. Mr. Follain serves as Director of S.A.B. de C.V. He has been a Director of Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., since April 13, 2016.
He serves as a Member of Governing Board of Liege Airport. Mr. Follain is an Aeronautical and Telecommunications Engineer. He has degrees from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (Paris) and from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Constructions Aéronautiques (Toulouse). Mr. Follain also has a Masters degree from the University of Stanford (California, USA).
Ilker Aycı
Chairman of the Board @ Turkish Airlines
Mr. İlker Aycı was born in Istanbul in 1971, graduated from the Bilkent University’s Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 1994. He continued his academic studies as a researcher at the Political Science Department of the UK’s University of Leeds in 1995. Mr. Aycı completed his Master’s degree in International Relations at Marmara University in 1997.
Mr. İlker Aycı’s professional career began in 1994, holding various positions at Kurtsan İlaçları A.Ş., the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and Universal Dış Ticaret A.Ş. Following these positions, Mr. Aycı served as the General Manager at Başak Sigorta A.Ş. between 2005 and 2006 and became the General Manager at Güneş Sigorta A.Ş. in 2006. (Both Başak Sigorta and Güneş Sigorta are the leading insurance companies of Turkey).
Mr. İlker Aycı also served as a chair or board member of various organizations, including the Association of the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey, the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) Turkish-Chinese Business Council, Vakıf Emeklilik A.Ş., and Vakıfbank Güneş Sigorta Sports Club (2008 European Challenge Cup Champion) and he has been a board member of Turkish Airlines.
Mr. İlker Aycı was appointed as the president of Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey (ISPAT) on January 2011. ISPAT is the official Investment Promotion Agency of Turkey attached to the Prime Ministry and the President of ISPAT directly reports to the Prime Minister. Mr. İlker Aycı was elected for the first vice presidency of WAIPA on the 12th February 2013 and on 24th January 2014 he was appointed as the President of WAIPA.

Mr. Deepak Premnarayen is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader. He founded the ICS Group in 1998 with interests in asset management, financial services, real estate and hospitality. The Group has partnered with international domain leaders like Old Mutual Property (South Africa), Bentel Associates (South Africa) and Secure Parking (Australia) for property development & management services, architectural design services and car park management services respectively. The Group has recently forayed into the luxury boutique hospitality space and has launched its flagship property Ayana Fort Kochi at Kochi, Kerala. Mr. Premnarayen has led the Group’s foray into these diverse sectors. He continues to serve as the Executive Chairman of the Group and has had an illustrious career spanning 4 decades, with strong relationships across the Indian corporate sector.

Jacques joined Egis, a leading Global Infrastructure Operations, Consulting and Engineering firm, in 2010 in Paris. He is currently based in Dubai where he manages the company's regional aviation business. Jacques has significant knowledge in mounting airport PPP deals with hands on experiences in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and South America. Prior to that, Jacques has worked in the airport construction field in Saudi Arabia as well as the airline industry in Lebanon. Jacques has a Master’s Degree (MSc.) in Air Transport Management as well as a Bachelor Degree (B.E.) in civil & environmental engineering. Jacques speaks fluently in French, English and Arabic.
